Hello,
I'm using the latest glpi with connection to OCS 1.3.3
Since some time I have noticed that software is completely missing in inventory.
also when importing new computers software is not imported.
Before there was no problem. It has gone 3 weeke ago without a reason.
Any idea ?

"Use the OCSNG software dictionary" is set to "no". I have tried to change it but there was no effect.
In OCS all software was in "new" category but then I have heard that it should be in "Unchanged" to be imported to GLPI so I have moved all software to "Unchanged" but it didn't help.

Hello again,
after hours of searching for the reason why I cannot see the software I've only found out that the software is probably imported and it's on place probably on place but for some reason I cannot see it.
I have tried to create new software manually so click on "+" button and I have filled the form.
The "manufacturer / Publisher" dropdown was full of previously imported software vendors so the database is not empty I suppose.
After filling the form It says that the software has been created but I still cannot see anything in the main view.
Any idea what may cause that I cannot see the software ? I have disabled all the bookmarks and filters.
Thanks.

I have just connected with phpMyAdmin to GLPI MySql database and opened glpi_softwares table.
There is about 28000 records in it so as I thought the data is on place but I don't know why I cannot see it in GLPI ? ? ?

I have the same issue. Everything was working fine. Today I hit "software" from the Inventory menu and it is always blank. I look in the database and there is data.
Version is 80.3. Does anyone have similar issue? No changes yesterday other than more systems being inventoried and imported from OCS.
Thanks in advance.
