Hi there,
Can someone please tell me what settings do i need to enable to allow users to add follow up to a ticket? I have created a profile and already enabled these setting ("yes") in assistance->create section of the profile as well as the updated section.
But it's not working for the users. Can anyone please help.
GLPI version is 0.80.4

What is the message when you try to add a followup ?
CentOS 6.5 - CentOS 7.x
PHP 5.6 - PHP 7.x - MySQL 5.6 - MariaDB 10.2 + APC + oOPcache
