Send alerts on reservations of Automatic actions

Hi, I'm use 0.80.4 now, but I found the function of sending alerts on reservations have some problems. I set alert on reservations for one hour, and open the automatic actions, but a hour before maturity or afer maturity, it won't send email . Sometimes I refresh the page, it will send email. And I have another problem, when I set run frequency of automatic actions, but it won't execute.

Hi yllen

In setup->Notification->Alarms options, set the alerts on reservations for a hour. Does it mean send email alerts before a hour of the end date of reservation ?

In setup->Automatic actions, If I set the run frequency of ocsng for 30 minutes, but after 30 minutes it won't execute, the run mode is GLPI, and run period is 0->24, number of days this action logs are stored is 30 days.

And I want to know the difference between GLPI and CLI.

And I found some information in the forum about the run mode, glpi and CLI.

It said CLI was always run in everytime you set, if I set run frequnce is 30 minutes,it will run after 30 minutes.

But after 30 min, it won't send email. And the receiver has set well.

My glpi is in windows ,mysql+php+apache.....

GLPI : action is activate by navigate in GLPI
CLI : action is active by an external cron (automatic task in windows or cron task in linux)

And you said CLI is active by an external cron, and I set . But last time I excute on last friday, and I found the excute time still on last friday when I open today.

You must create your notification based on Occurrence Alert.
In this notification you define yours receivers

1.I set well in Home->setup->notifications->notifications,in it,I set the recipients. If I take a new reservation, it will send email.

2.I set the frequency is 30 minutes or a hour, and set the run mode is CLI, but the time is gone ,it won't excute. And I haven't set rules and entities.
