Hello, My Signature Email is not work, I set in Setup --> Notifications --> Alert and email followups and alerts configuration

You have two signature for emails :
- one in the global configuration (setup > notifications)
- one in the configuration of your entity (administration > entities)

If both are filled, it's the second which takes it
