Suggested Translation

When I open the new ticket show the message: "Describe the incident or request :" in Portuguese Brazil (pt-BR) the message is "Describe the incident or problem :" the correct is "request" like English.

Correction: "Descreva a requisição ou incidente"

Which file I need do modify for change the text?

Thank you.

Re: Suggested Translation

You shoud probably post this issue on the "translation" ML (you need to subscribe first).

This will allow someone to fix this translation for ALL the pt_BR users

Re: Suggested Translation

You must edit the file with a UTF8 compatible editor

Re: Suggested Translation

Hi Everyone.

Sorry for reply this (very)old post, but it seems that you could know a way to help me since the issue I'm facing is kind of related to this topic.
I'm using GLPI v10 already. The situation I have is: hot to eliminate this "describe the incident or request" fileds? Those ar not relevant fields for me and I would like to eliminate them from the ticket form.
The most awkward is that, when I open a ticket is a specific entity, those "describe the incident or request" fields do not show. But when I change the entity, they show up.
Anyone know a way to remove them from EVERE entity ticket?

Thanks a lot.

Regards.
