Mass update Operating Systems - Versions

Before updating to v0.80.2, I was able to select multiple software items and select Update, Operating System.....

With 0.80.2, the option is still available but it no longer does anything.  I now have to drill down to each individual version and update Operating Systems manually for each one.

Is there any fix for this please?

Thanks

Re: Mass update Operating Systems - Versions

I'd still like it if GLPI would pair the O/S up with the Software when its pulling in data from OCS... At the moment I've no way of telling if a package is installed on Windows or Linux machines, other than my-own-knowledge.

Re: Mass update Operating Systems - Versions

Yes, it would be nice if GLPI could do this adrianmarsh.

For myself, I just defined basic  "Windows" & "Linux" OS, and mass updated the selected software to one or the other.

This no longer works with 0.80.2 for some reason, so any ideas on how I can get round this would be appreciated?
