Hey,

When our users reply on a mail send from the GLPI system to the GLPI system and they don't remove the existing text then GLPI import it all and it becomes a long long ticket. Is it possible to remove the existing text automaticly by GLPI?

Re: Reply via mailgate

This links to a request I raised a while ago.  Developers are saying its 'not possible'. I think it is...

Exact what I want to say, Adrian.
I think this is one of (maybe the) the most important feature  for the next release.

I'd agree - but I don't think the developers here do which is a great shame sad

I wish there was a way for doing polls in the forum for which feature was needed.

It's not a poll problem or something else....

If you developp it  or pay a professionnal developper to do that and send a patch, we have no problem to integrate it in the next version of GLPI.

Actually we can't do this ourselves.
