Create a new e-mail template

Hi, for create a new template e-mail  I need input the code in "Email body text :
(leave the field empty for a generation from HTML)" and "Email body HTML1" I did not understand

I saw some models here in the forum and I need to copy what field? in "Email body text :
(leave the field empty for a generation from HTML)" or "Email body HTML1"

If you fill only the HTML body, the text (which is mandatory) will be the same (without the html tag). The notifications will be sent as text + html

If you fill only the TEXT body, the notifications will be sent as text only.
