Tickets to be processed (Pending)
My admin user has the profile, when I enter the system in the home page I do not see the tickets that have not yet been assigned to anyone (new ticket), when I click on Assistance -> Ticket I see the tickets status new.
It is possible to see the new tickets in home page?

Check the user prefs.
Personalization / assistance / Show new tickets on the home page
Or the configuration for default pref.

It did not work. Is possible in Home set Global Viwe for default? My default is Personal View.
In Global View show the "New".
