Change name Category by another name

Hi, I need report by location, in Statistics --> By ticket --> I set the filer Characteristics --> Category (class), with the filter I get the info I need.

Is possible change the name Category by for example Location? If possible at interface Ticket --> New Ticket.

You change category's name in Setup > dropdown

Hi yllen, I have not found how to change, only add.

I would like change de name dropdowns --> Categories of the tickets for dropdowns --> Locations of the tckets
