Dropdowns --> Locations
Hi, I created two locations in Dropdowns --> Locations, the location A I set to the user A and the location B I set to the user B.
The user A created and closed, and user B too. Assistence -> Statistics --> by item I selected Location and the report show the two location (A and B), but, 0 opened .. 0 solved .. Why?
Can anyone help me?
The process is right? I need to report by department.
My GLPI is 0.80.3

I try using Groups and Category, but not show in statistics.

And in the form of you user, these two fields are full ?
