First of all, sorry for my English. I am Spanish and some translations I have used my friend google translator.

My question is this:

I have GLPI version 0.72.4 in my organization, I am responsible for Helpdesk and need to control the times that the incidences are in each group.

Currently, time is computed to the last group in which the incidence was assigned.

Is there any way that the time is computed for each group separately?

For example:

The incidence is managed by the group of level 1 and stays 1 hour, then assigned to a group of level 2 and resolved in 2 hours. Currently, the incidence counts as 3 hours for the group of level 2. I want to compute the group 1 hour for Level 1 and 2 hours for the group of level 2.

Is it possible? How would you do?
