Extending Inventory

Hi everyone,
A newbie here.I would like to know if it is possible to extend the glpi inventory to include items that are not in the default list.

Hi I would like to know the same info. I would like to add extra items to the inventory list as well. I am looking to add sonic wall devices and a few others. If anyone has done this, please post!

Put sonicwall in networking equipments inventory (like switch)

I am using GLPI version 0.80.1.I would like to use glpi for assets that are not necessarily IT related.
