Mailgate Error or not ?

Hi,

Just to begin, thanks for your reading...

A new behavior we are experimenting I can't conclude if it is mailgate rooted or our Lotus Notes server, perhaps you could give me a clue so I could fix this error,

Our users are posting messages normally, but suddenly when they receive the ticket confirmation, no sender appear in their Inbox....We would like that this messages be associated to a 'Administrator Helpdesk' account and since this account appear in the setup and configuration for me is not a GLPI issue, all email related functions in GLPI are working fine and configuration appears like ok, just that their responses appear like no sender.

Would you help me to confirm this impressions ?
