I've recently upgrade to GLPI version 0.80.2. Now when tickets are being put in the system the users that don't select a group when creating a ticket are being placed as in our sales group. If we chose our group when creating a ticket it doesnt do it. Only when you lave the group tab empty does it for them to our "sales" goup. I'm sure its something little but I'm not too good with GLPI just yet
. Thanks
It doesnt actually put te uer in the "sales" group it jus shows up on the ticket as from being from the sales group which is driving my sales manager nuts with emails

requester

Even if the requester is in a group and just forgets to select it from the drop down it will automatically put the user in sales group, or at least being requested by sales group

Do you have plugin in use ?
(because there is no auto group for requester in GLPI)

No that Im aware of. I took it over from a former employee and moved it to a windows server. Backed it up and copied it to the new one. I didnt know if the version change had somethig to do with it or not
So no matter who the requester is if they dont put their group and leave it -- then it will add the group sales as a requester
