Cosmetic change: Colour blind users

Hi,

In my recent upgrade to 0.80.2, we now see that follow-ups are more closer displayed together, one after the other, and that the seperation is shown when you hover a mouse over.

However one of my IT technicians is colour-blind, and so can't see that colour change.

It would be good if each follow-up was physically seperated, but a line or something.
