Disable Priority from Tickets

It would be great if we had the ability to disable the priority on tickets - staff set everything to high or very high anyway and obviously that is their priority not ours - it would just be nice if they did not have that ability at all!

Re: Disable Priority from Tickets

Statting with Glpi 0.78, you can configure the available "urgence" for requester.
Keep only 1 value (medium) and requester will not have to fill this data

"impact" is evaluated by the technician

"priority" is the result of a (configurable) computation

Re: Disable Priority from Tickets

capeschool has a point... the priority feature isn't really as effective as one would think. Extremely abusable eat away your acne review
