How to reproduce:
1) go to Management > Documents
2) select any of the documents
3) Select "Knowledge base" from the drop down -- you cannot because it is not there
Workaround:
1) go to Tools > Knowledge base
2) select any of your KB-entries
3) go to the section "associated documents"
4) in the weblink dropdown search for your document -- you will find it
This bug is in 0.78 but I've also just checked the GLPI demo which is running 0.80.2 and the bug is also present there.
