Default Entity settings "Show All".

Is there a way in 0.80.1 to set the default entity for a user to be "Show All"?  I have a user who is the same profile in 3 parallel entities and has to log in , then select "show all" for entity in order to see all his tickets at the same time.  Maybe that could be a feature, is set the default entity to "Entity -> Show All" rather than just the entity.
