Reply creates new linked ticket

Hello,

I am hoping that someone can help, since I have upgraded GLPI from .78 to .80 when a requester replies to a followup the reply creates a new ticket that is linked to the original ticket. Traditionally when a user replied the original ticket would be appended with a new follow-up which included the reply.

Is this the behavior for all replies or is there a setting that I am not seeing to select what happens when someone replies?

Replies are normally added as followups based on message ID in mail headers or based on message title.

And the new linked ticket occurs when the original ticket is closed.
