Ok,
We have created a ticket, selecting the user that has made a support request, then, that user recieves an email with the data of the ticket creation.
when that user reply to that email, to respond to someting, that email stays added to the ticket created before but it appears not formated, in other words, the text on the ticket followup appears with no spaces between lines and of course, when they wirte the email they give spaces between the phrases.
Example:
In stead of appering like this:
Dear xxxxxx,
We already solve that problem.
Kind Regards
yyyyy
It appears like this:
Dear xxxxxx, We already solve that problem. Kind Regards yyyyy
End of example
If someone know how to solve this, i would be glad
