ticket form for anonymous users

thanks for the super help desk software!

My question: Where can I find a ticket form for anonymous users. To report a problem.

Is it the / glpi / front / helpdesk.html file? If so, there are different versions of this file on the Internet? For example, templates in English?

Or is there a description of the creation (new fields, etc.)

I dont know a english source, try google translator

don't know if creation is possible, I think not
