Notifications - ##ticket.observerusers## - v0.80.1
Hi,
I'm having trouble with this field in 0.80.1.
It's appearing as ##ticket.observerusers## on the sent email and not is pulling through the watcher user's names.
Does anyone know how i can get around this?

The field isn't pulling through at all. Other entries that have nothing to display are appearing blank on the output email but this one is always appearing as ##ticket.observerusers## on the ouput if there is a watcher or not.
I have no idea as to why...

I have the same issue in the same version 0.80.1
Migration en cours vers 9.1.2 sous CENTOS 7.
PROD: Win2K3 - XAMPP - OCS 1.32 - GLPI 0.84 - Auth AD - Exchange 2007 - Collecteur POP
