Simplified interface only and adding location to simplified interface.

Hi Everyone,

V8.0

Is there a way to give submitting users only access to the simplified interface?

And can we add location to the simple interface?

Have you tried setting their profiles to Post-Only?

Sorry I skipped second issue :-)

I don't see the point in adding location to the issue... but you can somehow get it from Hardware type, since each device has a location field.

The point,

We have users who work on different sites, and may have a non hardware related problem, or more normaly they don't know what their problem is. Hence if we can say they are on site "A" then the team at site "A" can pick up the job and assist the user.
