template supresses A ref#

Dear All,

I created an template for use just the link for really survey, when I  tried used  follow HTML command <a href="http://10.10.10.10/glpi/survey.html">survey link </a> the template system suppresses all command and ip number (example) and leave just the file (SURVEY.HTML) so when the user try to do click on the link, the file try to have access on local page instead to have  access on the page on server(http://10.10.10.10/glpi/survey.html).
Someone can help on that hard task ?
