Bug 0.65 RC2 - Can't delete Knowledge Base drop down item

Got the following message when trying to delete dropdown item of knowledge base in the settings:

   --> You can't delete that place, because it had sub-places

Upgraded from GLPI v0.60 with patched to 0.65 RC2

Uses Windows XP SP2, XAMPP,IE6
