How to use - Satisfaction Survey

Hi,
I try to send a satisfaction survey to my customers when a ticket is closed, how this work in GLPI 0.80.1? i see on "Automatic Actions" it's enabled, but, when a ticket is closed i see a tab but i cannot write os answer nothing.

Can you help-me to configure this?

How is configured the survey in the entity "helpdesk" tab ?

Well,
I never see this before, hehehe sorry. But i configured like this way:

Configuring the satisfaction survey : Internal
Create survey after :  1day
Rate to trigger survey :  100%
For tickets closed after : 30-06-2011 15:58

Now i just wait the next "automatic actions" and it send to tickets closed after this date?

exists another values, like 90%, 80%, .... what is changed when i put another value?

80% : only 8 survey will be generated for 10 closed tickets (by random, will be 80%, on average)
