Hi all,
I am testing GLPI v0.80.1 today.
Under Setup...General...Assistance... there is an option called 'Automatic assignment of tickets :". We have this set to 'No', but if I create a ticket, it's always assigned to me by default. How can I set the assignment field to be blank by default?
