Can anyone tell me what is "Due date" mean, when I deal with a ticket or deal with tickets?
I mean when I create a new tickets or deal with a tickets, do I need choose the "Due date", Is the "Due date" means of ticket need to be solved on the Due Date ? and what s relationship between "due date" and SLA time ?
