Associated element in tickets

Hello,

I have a department IT and a sub department "Buyers", all tickets in Buyers entity have Documents with invoices of computers and I need relate this tickets in computers, to manage theirs invoices.
If I set computers in entity Buyers, in father entity IT I can't relate  this computers in tickets of incident and  if I set computers in IT Entity, I can't related tickets from Buyers.
I think hierarchy of entities is for solve this problems, but they don't show elements in tickets from different entities,  even they though child and father. 

Someone have a solution for this?
