I've noticed that in 0.80 an unknown requesters email address appears in the same format and style as a registered user. Would it be possible to see that email address in the requester column (if the user doesn't exist in GLPI) while viewing the list of tickets under "Assistance" -> "Tickets"? I figure instead of that field only showing known users have it show known users OR if that's blank pull the email address associated as the requester in that ticket.
Here's an example of what I"m talking about (no actual code but just a modified screenshot)
Thanks
