How do I keep techs from taking tickets already assigned?
Say for example a new ticket arrives that is unassigned and two techs would go ahead and assign it to themselves. The ticketing system should award the ticket to whoever "claims" it first. I've had situtations where by accident two techs would grab the ticket and didn't realize it's already been taken due to lag in the status update.
I already tried turning off "steal tickets" and that didn't work. I am using version GLPI .78.5
Any info is greatly apprecaited.

In 0.80 a ticket can be assigned to more than one technician
