problem with auto sync with ldap in GLPI 0.78.5

Hi all,

I have a problem about a user that in LDAP has email address in the form name.surname@company.com

But he is also a technician and so He wants to have the GLPI notification through another email address in the form
helpdesk@company.com

I changed email value in helpdesk@company.com. All users are authenticated via server LDAP.

But GLPI vers. 0.78.5 automatically changed this email value to the form name.surname@company.com

It seem this happens after 5-6 hour but also after one hour or two hours. Or  sometimes it changes the day after.

I don't want to sync in this way but I want to have always helpdesk@company.com

WHERE does it happens and how to block this changement?

Please help me.

In LDAP configuration, just ask to not map mail field.

So in ldap configuration and in the menu link GLPI/LDAP I have to delete mail in e-mail field?
is it right?

but then the sync for new users will happen without email?

Then it will be needed to put "mail" in this field when I'll do the sync....

Right?
