html links/images in solutions

When posting a solution the helpdesk is stripping out the hostname, so the emails that get sent to requesters do not have images in.

IE

My technicians host an image that they want to include.

They will go in the the html part and  do ;-

<p><img src="http://helpdesk/w2box/data/Helpdesk%20Images/Restored%20files.jpg" alt="image" /></p>

When the update button is pressed it then becomes:-

<p><img src="../w2box/data/Helpdesk%20Images/Restored%20files.jpg" alt="image" /></p>

The hostname gets stripped out.

This is all fine when viewed on the helpdesk but the emails that get sent to the requester do not show the image.

How can i fix this so the requester see this ??

Can the Editor part no be ungraded to include images as standard as this is hugely important.
