We have a bunch of computers and other devices, but none of them are assigned to individual techs or support people or entities.
How do I select an individual computer or other item to put on the ticket when there are no 'My Devices' configured?

In your profil, select "All devices"

An important item is to create a template for opening a ticket type fixed form, it would be possible? at R3 080 version has an option to create template for ticket closed, it would be interesting to enable this field to open a ticket too.

thanks for the quick reply. Is this 'profile' is done under the Administration tab?
And by 'profile' are you talking about 'Normal', 'Admin', 'Super-admin', etc? Or do you mean the group configuration? Or the actual individual user configuration?
