Email Benachrichtigung / Email alerts(notification)
hallo zusammen, wenn ich ein Ticket erstelle ist leider die Standardeinstellung bei email benachrichtigung auf "nein" gesetzt. Wie kann ich das ändern? Standard soll "Ja" sein.
hello, when I create a ticket unfortunately the default for email notification is set to "no". How can I change this? Standard should be yes.

but there must be a way to set no to yes?

If the user have a email defined, the default value is true.
