wrong entity

Hello,
i have an problem

I’ve 3 entities of the "A-entity","B-entity", "C-entity". In every entity there are two categories of the tickets of "A1-category", "A2-category", "B1-category", "B2-category", "C1-category", "C2-category". When creating a new ticket and I select "show all" entity. Then choose the categories of the tickets "C1-category" and create ticket. Why ticket created in a entity of "A-entity" with category "C1-category", that should be entity C? If I select entity C it is OK.

How can I disable "show all" entities?

Any Idea?

Your ticket is always created in the entity you are.
If you ticket was created in A-entity, it's because you have selected A-entity befor creating your ticket an C1-category was created on root entity with recursivity

No, C1-category was created on C-entity. I have this problem if I select "show all" entities. If I was select A-entity i can't see C1-category. My problem is option "show all" entities. I can disable this option on profile post-only??

If your C1-category was created for C-entity, when you are on show all entities, you can't see it.

If i undestand correctly your configuration :
A user has many post-only profile on differents entities ?
You probleme is only with this profile ?

Problem appears only when you change "Profile's interface" to "Simplified interface" it doesn't matter if the profile is super-admin or post-only
