Hello. I walked into a company using GLPI today and they just started having an issue where when emails are sent, they are not posting to the GLPI Ticket System. This is how it was explained to me, that when users email/calls the helpdesk, a ticket is automatically generated but it has not being doing this for the past few days. I have asked what has changed and am told nothing. Any thoughts? Thanks

If I change my "root" password could this affect how GLPI functions? Is it somehow tied to root? Thanks
