Hi,
Is it possible to create custom reports? I would like to have reports on helpdesk as there isn't one, ie number of requests close, overdue, open etc. Can someone please help or point me in the right direction?

It you know PHP and MySQL, the "reports" plugin provides some additional reports and a framework to easily create yours.

Tools / Reports + Assistance / Statistics provides lot of reports.
Search engine + bookmark provides an easy way to generated personalized report.
Then export to CSV allow you to work under a external tools

Tools / Reports + Assistance / Statistics does not exist. I'm on version 0.78.
On my system it shows Tools / Reports and it shows this;
Select the report you want to generate :
Default report
By contract
By year
Hardware Financial Information
Other Financial Information (licences, cartridges, consumables)
Network report
Loan
And these reports are not what i'm looking for. Did i missed something during the installation??

Assistance / Statistics should be availalbe if your allowed to.
So check your profil configuration.
