add MIME type to manufacturesimport Plugin

Notice an issue when attaching .html version of Dell/Hp warranty information.  When creating infocoms_HP_Computer.html file for example can you update the plugin to add MIME Type 'text/html' by default?  Issue seems to happen with IE and CHrome when trying to display the downloaded document.

Couldn't find the way to log an issue on the plugins website.
