Feature request - queue for assigning tickets

Hi guys,

Is it possible to get a feature  so logged tickets will be assigned to technician randomly (preferably queue)
Current business rules allow only assign to technician by criteria.

I was posting before and did get no replies so assume there is no such feature at the moment.
