URL in helpdesk ticket

Is there a way to add an url in a reply from a helpdesk ticket? When I write this \\server\folder\file.exe it shows plain, not as a link. Is there a way to change this?

Yes, in a notification. We're using GLPI 0.72.4 at the moment.

You can't in 0.72.4.
In 0.78, you can make your own notifications (with HTML format)
