Hello.
I downloaded and installed the additional alerts plugin 1.2.1 for GLP 0.72.x. After setting up the plugin according to the instructions, I have 2 questions:
- Can I use this plugin to alert support staff and notify them by email about aging tickets (only the tickets that are assigned to them)? How?
- I can configure the limit value to trigger notifications. E. G. Alert on tickets not closed since 5 days ago. But how can I set the checking frequency?
