Where can I insert CSS as Internal Style Sheet, not Inline?

For exemple:
<head>
<style type="text/css">
hr {color:sienna;}
p {margin-left:20px;}
body {background-image:url("images/back40.gif");}
</style>
</head>

I am using GLPI 0.78.2, is it different on 0.78.3?
