Problem processing this email

Hi,

GLPI pulls emails from my IMAP server...  And works fine for everyone except my boss (typically).
This email in particular hasn't been pulled into GLPI.
I've accessed the account via thunderbird, and it shows as a New Email, unread.  GLPI processes, says that its found 1 email (fully processed), but no new ticket is created and the email is marked as "read" in the Inbox.  It then leaves it in the inbox.

At first I thought it was because the subject field is blank, so I tested myself, and it all seems ok.

Anonymous emails are not allowed, but the From address is valid.
I've masked the email addresses.
Any ideas ?  Can I turn on some logging somewhere for mail retrieval ?
