Hi All:
We just updated our system to 0.78.3 and noticed an issue with the email import that seems to have existed since 0.78.1. Anytime a user sends an email our help desk inbox, GLPI will pick up the email but always give the "Unable to affect the email to an entity" to all the emails. It successfully links the user to the ticket, but all the emails end up in the not imported section.
We have another mail receiver that statically assigns the Entity to the emails, that one works great. It seems to only be when the rule for the emails is set to assign an entity based on the users entity.
So far I've replaced all the files in the "inc" and "front" folders with files from new downloads (md5 confirmed) to make sure there were no errors in the initial copy. Still having issues.
Any help or guidance would be greatly appreicated.
Thanks,
David

What are your rules for the emails ?
CentOS 6.5 - CentOS 7.x
PHP 5.6 - PHP 7.x - MySQL 5.6 - MariaDB 10.2 + APC + oOPcache
GLPI from 0.72 to dev version

Under Criteria I have the "Mail Receiver is Information Systems Helpdesk"
And the Action is "Entity based on user's profile Assign Yes"
Edit: Note that my Mail Receiver that I'm having issues with is labeled "Information Systems Helpdesk"

If your action is based on user's profile, your criteria must be on user's profile too
