Server requirements

Hi, we want to use glpi and ocsng on one server.
De database will contain about 5000 computers, 5000 monitors en 500 printers.
There are about 20 people managing the helpdesk.
What should be the hardware requirements for settings this up?
We are planning an windows based install.
