Email notifications to technician in charge of the ticket

I am Super-admin of our GLPI system 0.78 . I am used to assign tickets to our technicians. I would like that mail will be sent also to technicians who got assigned to ticket, and not only to requester. Where can I change this?

I would like that all notification willl be sent to technicians in charge of the ticket

Setup -> Notifications -> Notifications -> "Add Followup" -> "Recipients" + "Technician in charge"
