In my company there is the need to attach multiple documents when a user posts a helpdesk request.
a file zipped with all of the documents wasn't accepted from my company director.
Where and how is it possible to configure glpi to have multiple documents as attachment ?
thanks in advance

You must add several documents one by one
CentOS 6.5 - CentOS 7.x
PHP 5.6 - PHP 7.x - MySQL 5.6 - MariaDB 10.2 + APC + oOPcache
GLPI from 0.72 to dev version

it is really what I mean and I need to Know:
how can I do to add documents one by one, when after opened a ticked and browsing a file,
after I can only post the ticket?
I don't seem that there is the possibility to add another attachment because the upload of the file is in the same moment when a user submits the ticket.
O I am wrong?
Is there a setting of GLPI to have multiple attachment in a ticket?

I see what you mean, robbie, but you can always, after submitting a ticket, go back into the ticket you just created and add some more documents.
Now using 0.78.1 on CentOS.

For general users it is better to add multiple documents in a one step.
The idea to go back into the ticket to add other documents is not evident or not obvious.
I Know that this need isn't a bug but an evolution of glpi but I think it is good practice to have attachments procedure like other typical web application (i.e. webmail systems).
