Receiver Configuration

Hi,
with the new version 0.78.2 we have troubles with the mail receiver. New mails cannot be assigned to an entity automatically. They appear in the list 'Mails not imported'

How is the descision done by the system, which entity is used, how can it be configured for different email addresses, like in verison 0.72

I have an helpdesk.entitiy01@company which schould assigned to entity01 and so on.

Please advise. TIA

Re: Receiver Configuration

In 0.72, you need to have 1 collector per entity.

You must create a rule (but this should have be done by migration)

If Collector is 'Entity01'
Assign to 'Entity01'

One Major feature of 0.78, is that you can now use a "single" collector for all entity (using rules to affect to entity)

Re: Receiver Configuration

How to you configure the collector? Or by collector do you mean receiver?

Re: Receiver Configuration

Ok, I thought maybe by collector you meant something else that I haven't configured and may explain why my mailgate isn't working.

Ok, thanks!
Didn't see the Rules configuration before :-/

Now that works.
